Casually elegant Tenderloin venue serves up cajun and creole nouvelle soul cuisine: fried catfish, candied yams, and other classics prepared with locally raised organic ingredients and a lighter new-millennium touch. The Farmerbrown menu might feature lighter-than-air angel biscuits, crisply fried chicken with Tillamook-draped mac 'n' cheese, and spicy, crunchy shrimp on a bed of stone-ground grits. Striking hammered-metal-and-timber setting.

    Very cool ambiance for a date. The Shrimp and grits are amazing. Definitely try it. Fried chicken here is a favorite and you CAN ask for white meat only but shrimp + grits = best I've had
