SF Weekly's Description

Stick to cheese plates, cured meats, oysters, and the smallest of small plates if you're eating a full-blown meal at this handsome, spacious wine bar near the Giants baseball stadium. The chickpea fries with chevre-stuffed Peppadew peppers and spicy albacore tempura roll are tasty. The kitchen definitely sits in the shadow of the wine list. The happy hour scene is dependably lively.

Tips from foursquare

Great chill wine bar with a great atmosphere. Get a nice bottle of vino and chat with friends.

Incredible ambience, wine and food. The Stoller Pinot Noir is great, fiancee enjoyed the Lucifer beer and the Napoli pizzetta and cheese plate were great. No complaints here.

  • Jason S. on 04/19/10

Great bartenders and a truffle oil (white) pizza are the pros. Higher prices are the con. Consider this your Marina retreat when away from the Marina. If that's your thing? Not mine really.

Great pizzas and sliders. The wine list can be hit or miss and prices can be high.

  • Telisa K. on 08/05/11

Skip the flights and get a bottle. Oh and $1 oysters during Happy Hour!
