SF Weekly's Description

After an extensive remodel, Circa now offers a SOMA vibe in the Marina. The bar area is spacious and there's also a small, crowded dance floor for the booty shakin' crowd on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with lots of single ladies looking for men to dance with them. An extensive bottle service menu is available, while a midweek happy hour boasts $3 draft beer, $4 well drinks, and $5 appetizers. By night, there's a menu long on New American small plates; on Sunday mornings, many of the same partiers return to scarf prime rib hash and drink bottomless mimosas.

A good little bar we like to go to is a place called Circa, which is on the corner of Fillmore and Chestnut. I’m staying very local in the Marina area. I like to walk to places. I don’t like getting in cabs.

circa is a great place for someone who loves dance music but doesnt love to dance! there isnt really space for it but the music would beg to differ- in the heart of the marina its always packed on the weekends.

Circa is over 5 years old this year! Relish their famous entrée: Lobster mac n cheese and their famous dessert : black and white cake in caramel sauce served flambé (on fire)Bon appétit”

Come for weekend brunch on game day, sometimes bottomless mimosas turn into topless mimosas.

Okay for brunch. Mimosas do the trick - there are just a lot of D-Bags there...do have football on sundays though
