Description

SF Weekly's Description

When this bar was called Treat Street Cocktails, dusty taxidermied animals stared down from every nook and cranny - but now rechristened as Blind Cat (and formerly Dirty Thieves), the space is cleaner and brighter, with the decor featuring tattoo flash artwork rather than dead deer heads. The crowd is cleaner and brighter, too, sipping on a variety of macrobrews and whiskeys while chatting loudly around the crowded bar and in the semi-circular booths.

Tips from foursquare

This is a good bar to drink alcohol at.

  • Benjamin R. on 07/20/10

It's easy to get shitfaced here. Take shots of whiskey.

  • Kevin M. on 04/07/09

The top-shelf Pappy Van Winkle is incredible. I also recommend the Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey.

  • Drea J. on 05/30/11

    The blind cat looks dead.

  • Dee B. on 04/17/11

Jeff, the world's most awesome bartender, drives a moto guzzi. Not a ducati, aprilla, triumph, or any other nonsense. A moto guzzi. Screw this up at your own risk.
