SF Weekly's Description

Amelie is a French-inspired wine bar that plays host to a hip, eclectic clientele. In the front of the crimson-cloaked space, grab a glass at the lacquered bar or sit on one of the vintage theater seats. Head back to a cozy booth, and order some fromage, charcuterie, or escargot. Check out happy hour for deals on flights of wine, and expect DJs or live music on most hoppin' weekend nights.

Go to Amelie during happy hour from 5:30-7PM to people watch and drink their $10 flight--3 generous pours of any wine on the menu.

Favorite bar in SF, love the Euro feel and clientele. Goat cheese ball is delicious.
