Description

SF Weekly's Description

A.G. Ferrari is the place to go when you're looking for high-end imported Italian foodstuffs like artisan pastas, cheeses, olive oil, coffee, salumi, chocolates, tortas, cookies, salsas, olives, truffles, and antipasti. These sleek, airy delicatessens also serve freshly prepared soups, salads, pasta dishes, risotto, pizzettas, and custom-crafted focaccia or pugliese sandwiches stuffed with prosciutto, crescenza, tapenade, and other delectable ingredients. There are regular wine tastings, and the sweets by the cash register are impossible to resist. The counter staff are informed and helpful.
