This steakhouse takes its first name (and its famous marinade) from one of the first names in local beef, Sam Andria. Now owned by one-time Anheuser-Busch honcho Denny Long, Sam's offers huge, expensive cuts of beef (as well as gigantic portions of fish, for which the sauce also works quite well) in a formal atmosphere that promotes itself as casual.
