Description

Sambuca, located beneath the Rice Lofts, is like a modernized version of an old-school supper club. Started in a Dallas over 17 years ago by brother-sister duo Kim and Holly Forsyth, Sambuca has grown to five locations nationwide. The concept is simple: dinner, drink, dance. Live music, including pop, rock, r&b, Latin and, of course, jazz, plays seven nights a week. Dine on small pizzas, salads, pastas, seafood and grilled meats while relaxing with a fancy cocktail. After dinner, the well-dressed crowds take to the dance floor.

    Adam Estes is an amazing artist. He plays guitar, piano, harmonica, bass and sings his heart out. His solo performance on Sunday nights are intimate and perfect for a dinner date night or martinis at the bar. He recently formed a 5 piece band, "This Is Our Band" which has secured a weekend at Sambuca. He has played with a 9 piece band, "Shapeshifters" for 14 years and formed the band "FM" with Mark Dini. Also, do not miss his duet with Sunjay Arya at the Four Seasons every Tuesday and Thursday night.
