Well, yes, that would rename the suburb Edinaethbee, but it would alert newcomers to the menu at Salut, where you can get the freshest possible oysters (flown in with the famous Oceanaire ones), four varieties of very good steak, burgers, pizza, excellent red velvet cake, and a celebration ice-cream sundae served in a novelty martini glass about the size of a Tiffany lamp.
