Description

This chain steakhouse is normally easy to spot - usually right off a highway - but this location is a little different. Saltgrass has brought its comparatively affordable, predictable steak, chicken and salads to the building that used to house Hofbrau steakhouse. It's a squat little wood-heavy one-story job off I-10 with much more character than your average corporate cookie-cutter construction job. As for the food and menu, you should know what to expect from Saltgrass.
