Description

Tucked down a sapling-lined footpath is a renovated 1870s carriage house where some of the city's most intricate and inventive examples of 21st-century haute cuisine are crafted and served. The jewel-like platters of foams, emulsions, and impeccably fresh, high-end ingredients are presented in a rustic setting of beamed ceilings and planked-wood tables; it's like dining in a little Michelin-starred French farmhouse. The daily seven-course prix-fixe unfolds in an unhurried manner, and there's a tree-shaded flagstone patio where you can enjoy a glass of pre-supper champagne.
