The signature saimin at this Hawaiian counter-service joint is terrific, but it will be silly to end your exploration of salty, porky dishes end there. The restaurant -- which relocated to Kent after a near two-decade run in a Des Moines strip mall -- makes an outrageously good teriyaki beef, and the mac salad is fantastic. For eaters feeling especially Hawaiian, the musubi and loco moco are can't-miss dishes.
