Description

Lentil soup fans come from far and wide for a bowl of Sahara's super soup, which uses red lentils rather than green, and the result is a more mild, subtle lentil soup. But don't stop with this signature dish-order the Lamb Kuzi, a tender, well-seasoned portion garnished with almonds and raisins and served with a giant helping of delicious, fluffy rice. Vegetarians will love the veggie musaka or the garlicky eggplant; everyone else will be craving one of several lamb dishes, all tasty and authentic-ask your server to recommend one.
