Description

If you think vegan food means sprouts and wheatgrass, you have yet to face the truth that, these days, vegetarian and vegan food can taste pretty much like anything it wants to. Imitation mac 'n' cheese? Done (it tastes similar to the real thing, with an added nutty flavor akin to wild mushrooms). Barbecue? Why not (even if it's made from seitan). A full line of impishly named sandwiches (like the Crazy Jamaican Burger, the Frijole Moly Burger, and the Evil One) and sides like mashed potatoes with gravy make Sage Cafe more soul food than health food.
