Description

Some of the best Middle Eastern appetizers in the Valley. Check out the fattoush, a Lebanese salad with bits of toasted pita bread in an invigorating oil-and-lemon dressing; tabbouleh, made from fresh parsley and cracked wheat, accented with mint; and kibbe mishewy, fragrant ground meat rolled with cracked wheat and pine nuts, sprinkled with cinnamon.
