According to lore, four hippie entrepreneurs opened this joint in 1970 with a menu of "health conscious" salads, soups, sandwiches and meatless entrees. Get a delicious full day's worth of vegetable action with a bowl of vegetarian delight.

    Decorated from top to bottom in kitschy mermaid and ocean-themed décor, this might just be the most fun you'll ever have peeing (or whatever else). Vintage pink fish chalkware, stained-glass panels of Ariel herself, handcrafted goods with glued-on sparkly stones, and, for some reason, a framed cut-and-paste homage to Audrey Hepburn. Even the toilet seat is hand-painted with seashells. Totally ridiculous—in the best way.

    Rutabegorz is one of my favorite restaurants in Orange County. Fullerton and this location are my favorites because they are located in the historical avenues of Orange County. This particular location is right in the Orange Circle so sitting outside during the summer is the perfect compliment to some amazing healthy and delicious food. During the winter months you can't pull me away from this place because they offer Pumpkin Curry soup in which I think is to die for. Everything is pretty much delicious here and their salads come in mixing bowls. Bring your appetite!
