This place is billed as “Houston’s first certified green restaurant.” You order at the counter, and your food is served to you. The menu is extensive. The high-protein “hempanadas” filled with beef and raisins are remarkably good, and the crab cake fritters are a crowd pleaser. A simple salad of “hydroponic” butter lettuce is surprisingly tasty, and the spicy fish tacos are great. There are 13 different pizzas here, with the steak version being a favorite.
