Bar-b-que with a reputation; happy hour 4 to 6pm Monday through Friday with a free buffet.
OMG! I was out done when my friend and I decided to go to Rudolph's BBQ after watching a movie premier. We decided to go there to discuss the movie and to enjoy Happy Hour. We arrived about 20 min. before Happy Hour began. The waitress came to the table and we asked for water with a lemon. She brought it to us. About 5 min. later this bald stocky White guy came to the table and asked us if we were ready to order drinks. We said, "No, not at the moment as we were really into discussing the movie. He told us that we had to order a drink before happy Hour because it was the restaurant regulations. We went back and forth exchanging words about this new rule we had never heard of. After dinning there for about 20 years, the bald stocky white guy told us that if we did not order before Happy Hour we were considered to be loitering. We could not believe this! We told him that we were about to leave and he would not get any of our business. He said, "You could leave and NEVER come back." We were out done that a business that is drastically going down hill could be so rude, disrespectful, and ungrateful that we were intending to spend money for Happy Hour which was only about 10 to 15 min away. I plan on going back there and speaking with the manager on duty and then calling Legal Shield to find out how we could teach Rudolph's a lesson about how NOT to treat loyal customers who've been giving them business for 20 years.
Take out and customer. Always check your order and have this place repeat what you have ordered over the phone. My experience here has taught me that unless you catch it you will not be belived later. They will over bill you as well as not reverse charges. They also will not offer you what they messed up, you will just have to take it. So at this counter make sure they repeat your order before you pay because they don't here good over the phone.

Or maybe it's because that block of time coincides with the dinner hour, and the proprietors are trying to discourage drunkenness. At any rate, the important thing is that from... More »
