This Indian restaurant claims to be the only one in KC serving authentic dishes from North as well as South India. For lunch, it offers a bountiful buffet with such solid options as tandoor chicken (marinated in yogurt and spices and baked in a white-hot tandoori clay oven) and aloo palak (primarily spinach and potatoes). The butter chicken is also available on the buffet and features an outstanding sauce that's delicious when sopped up with nan, the soft, freshly baked bread shaped by hand and baked on the sides of the oven. $-$$
