Description
The Ruby's Diner in Orange, known more for it's shakes and burgers, represents a departure for the renowned chain diner. This one happens to house a full bar. Located inside a historic Santa Fe train depot, the Streamliner lounge sports art deco floors and painted cutouts of Los Angeles and Orange County. A large model train moves along a track along the ceiling and five flat-screen TVs are positioned throughout the room. The bar serves a small selection of draft beers including Stone IPA, Blue Moon, and Ballast Point Pale Ale. The full bar also mixes up signature cocktails, including the Loose Caboose made with vodka, gin, Blue Curacao, soda water and triple sec. Happy hour is Monday through Friday, 3 p.m.-6 p.m.
