I lived in Pompano beach from 1994-1997, while been at college, my son was born at Margate, then I moved to Sunny Isles beach and we moved back to Pompano in 2010. To make it short? I got tricking into expecting good service. While I have used their business for the last year and a half, "Royal" Touch car wash forgot once to put all my mats for my Mercedes SUV, which then they put on somebody else's car and gave me their mats to my car (which I have returned). Then, they did not put the mats back in a second time for my wife when she got the car washed this Tuesday and refused to put it back after I have returned. It will cost me close to $200.00 bucks to buy original mats. To top it all of, the actual washing of the exterior is something that can be easily accomplished from the washing machines at gas stations. I will never come back and on the top of that, I have decided to file a report to a small claims court just because I felt so under appreciated. The manager on the floor said to me that he would not lose sleep over my mats. After I have reviewed past services, I was not surprised to see that other customers have had in the past simular violations. I decided to spent $200.00 extra and go online just to help somebody not be ripped off in future. It does not matter where are you at Pompano or South Florida in general. The service is absolutely terrible, so STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. It should be called $2.00 dollar car wash, not royal touch. Good luck! Igor G.
Here is the review from 2009.

The workers here just go through the motions here... they don't take much pride in their work. My car was quite dirty so I decided to get the "silver" package, which cleans the interior and exterior. While my car definitely needed the wash, afterward it still had some bugs in the front, as well as some tree sap stuck to the sides.
But the kicker was that a few minutes after I left, I realized my grey rubber mat was missing. I drove back to get it, and the girl insisted she put it back in the car. Um, no, you didn't. Then another guy came up holding a tan mat, and offered that one to me since they apparently gave someone else my mat. Are you serious?? So now I have an ugly tan mat in my car that does not match my grey interior.
I suppose it goes without saying that I will not be returning to this place. If you don't want your mats (or anything else) taken out of your car and given away to someone else, I'd highly suggest going to Simoniz down the street.

I washed my car 3-4 times, I live nearby. Out of 4 times their forgot to put plastic mats twice (floor cover)These time they do not bother to return it. It will cost me $160.00 plus tax to buy a new one for my wife's Mercedez-450. I would not agree with previous "writers". hey probably get paid by Royal Touch Car wash. The quality usually below-average or average, the staff is OK, but these morning the manager, Danny Coleman was nasty, he told me he does not get a Fxxk about my floor cover. By the way it were about 4-5 forgotten mats on the car wash, non of its were mine. If you think that I am lying, just stop by at the end of the day or beginning of the day. `My wife washed the car on Tuesday, 1/08/2013. Time when get paid 15.38. I read the reviews about these company, quite a few were negative. Check it out!
