The metro-east outskirts of St. Louis are hardly lacking in topless fare. And Roxy's, a Brooklyn, Illinois, joint that can be equal parts classy and sleazy depending on the night, isn't lacking in anything. The truth is that the area's other strip clubs -- many of them owned by Roxy's parent company, VCG Holding Corp. -- might offer more polished women or fewer rumors of long-ago down-low dealings, but you shouldn't pick your strip club based on its pristine reputation, right? Roxy's diverse group of dancers bring both charm and showmanship to the stage -- two qualities worth quite a lot more than singles when you compare the club to its less interesting neighbors.
