The Orchard Garden Hotel's lobbyside restaurant is green and organic as all git-out, but don't let that scare you: The food is both sophisticated and delicious. The daily-changing menu (printed with soy-based ink on recycled paper) features sustainably snagged seafood, naturally nurtured meats, and seasonal produce from local organic farms and orchards, and the kitchen knows just how to showcase their sweet, fresh flavors and textures. The bright, attractive cream and beige surroundings are subtly elegant, and the five-stool bar offers several downright salubrious house cocktails (Zentini, anyone?).
