Description

Ritter's in Katy serves frozen custard, which is different from standard ice cream. It's more dense, especially since, as Ritter's points out, they do not add any air to puff up their frozen cream. It comes in all manner of flavors, and the menu changes from time to time, although they'll always have the standards available (vanilla, chocolate, nut, light and so on). They also make cakes to order, and have several different specialty varieties of shakes, sundaes and a Blizzard-esque creation called a Glacier.
