Description
Just west of Kirkwood Road along Big Bend Boulevard, it is easy to drive past
the squat white building with the black-and-white awning without
noticing it at all, unless your window happens to be down while the
pig is cookin'. Richard's Ribs offers ribs, naturally, full slabs,
half slabs, etc., as well as pork loin, brats and crispy snoots on
Fridays and Saturdays. While carryout is the usual way for diners to
get their barbecue, Richard's also has a few tables inside and out,
with pictures of their fare on the place mats. The full menu includes
catfish, wings and various sides.
