Linden Hills favorite South Asian restaurant moved to larger digs at 50th and France, added a new sake list, and kept most of the rest of its menu the same. The fare is prepared with a light touch, and the digs are far more serene than the pungent, sun-scalded food markets of owner An Nguyen's native Vietnam. Vegetarians should not miss the roast peanut-dressed tofu puffs, which combine everything you like about doughnut holes with everything you like about the Thai use of sweet accents along with fresh herbs and sour vinegar. The tamarind rice trio is also recommended: order it and you'll get your choice of chicken breast or tofu, amped up with a sweet and bright Thai marinade, and complimented with three cute little domes of rice, each topped with its own intense sauce: green onion, peanut, and coconut. The spring rolls are also recommended, and the recipe for their sticky-sweet peanut sauce still remains a trade secret.
