The appearance of a luxury steakhouse in this working-class Latin nabe came as something of a shock, though the menu takes note of its surroundings by adding some Hispano-Caribbean touches. And Ricardo's special-featuring a whole pork chop and a couple of nice hunks of skirt steak, in addition to rice, black beans, and fried plantain-is indeed a good deal at around $18.95.Some of the steaks are absurdly expensive, and top out in excess of $30.

    WoW! This spot will suprise the Hell out of you. Don't let the location fool you. Harlem is under Renovation. You need to be Suprised, so I won't give up the Goodies. You can RSVP or just walk in. Food is Fabulous and the drinks are fulfilling. Cozy setting and stylish. EZ on pockets as any good-eating resturaunt.
