You may not realize it, but Revival Market sells complete meals in addition to all the fixings to make your own meal at home. Like everything else in Ryan Pera and Morgan Weber's eclectic Heights shop, all of the food is made entirely with local products like Weber's own pigs and vegetables from area farmers. The Asian-inspired duck slaw is a standout, as are simple items like pickled carrots. Hot dogs made from Weber's Mangalitsa pigs on Slow Dough buns are a can't-miss, and sure to please the kids, too. Eat in the small but bright cafe inside or take your meal into the fresh air on the cozy patio.

This is one of our favorite stops in The Heights. Slow Dough products, outstanding meat selections ( try the Revival Burger) and beautiful pasta made in Houston are our standard take-away items. They make the best Flat White I've had since being in London. The market environment, locally sourced products, and welcoming ambiance keep us coming back. The staff is friendly and knowledgable . They will give you cooking tips and help with menu planning. There are special events that we just learned about recently. So,we've put that on our list of things to check out. This is the closet cafe/market experience to my favorite market/cafe shops in London. We are fans! Try the pastries, too!!!
It's all local, all the time at this enormously popular market that also functions as a full-service butcher shop, coffee bar and bistro. The latter two take up half of the store's small footprint, while the other side is packed with everything from house-made soy sauce to lard-laced pizza crusts (frozen and ready to top) made with fat from owner Morgan Weber's own Mangalitsa pigs. You can get house-cured bacon and farm-fresh produce, Slow Dough bread and Dairy Maids cheese, Bernie's Burger... More »
As far as food celebrities go in Houston, Top Chef: Just Desserts season two contestant Rebecca Masson is definitely one of our most famous. But her fame isn't just of the TV kind. People familiar with her desserts become devoted fans of everything, from her French-style macarons to her famous fluffer nutters. Her cupcakes at Revival Market, however, definitely take the cake in terms of most delicious cupcake bite ever. The infamous "Veruca Salt" -- salted-caramel butter-cream topping... More »
