Description

Revel, the new place in Fremont is the food-baby of culinary power couple Rachel Yang and Seif Chichri. They already have a loyal following due to three years of running Joule. Their approach to food at both Joule and Revel is pretty darned novel: Asian comfort dishes -- noodle pancakes and rice bowls, duck balls... yes, duck balls -- with classic French twists. The sweet new spot in Fremont is the more casual incarnation of its big sister.
