Pupusas -- stuffed griddled tortillas -- are a must-have, especially revueltas con frijoles, chicharron y queso, with ground pork, beans, and cheese. The all-day menu runs the gamut from traditional Salvadoran breakfasts like scrambled eggs with chorizo, to seafood dishes and carne asada.
