Description

Tapas are the perfect bar food. The small portions are great for nibbling, not gorging. And the collection of little plates encourages sharing and socializing. Which are all excellent activities for an evening at Republic. The bar/restaurant's menu offers a selection of tapas plates ranging from Szechuan guacamole, which has an interesting Asian tang, to ancho grilled pork tenderloin. Much like the décor, the food has style and taste.
