    think of a nefarious ambiance with an innocent welcome- a Cummings poem with a glass of arrack! This place is something desired from a Hemingway story, as your fingertips graze the condensation of your highball glass

    This is my favorite bar in Santa Monica. The dark, red tinged ambience and odd trinkets adorning every corner of the place create the ideal eccentric atmosphere for a couple highballs. And the bartender in the left room knows her music. I recommend Tuesdays 2 for 1 and Thursday nights...
