One of three very successful Tim Mallett-run restaurants, Remy's (named for his kid, not the Cognac) emphasizes wines by offering "flight" tastings of three different glasses to go with Mediterranean-themed meals of tapas-style "small plates" or standard-entrée "large plates." The complimentary black-olive tapenade served with bread is a real treat.

    Great wine selection. And everything on the menu is good. (Yes, everything) The menu rotates depending on the season, but I have found the tenderloin and the pork to be outstanding. And, of course desserts - their caramel bread pudding is worth saving room for.
