In addition to jugs of Hite, bottles of soju, and carafes of sugary soju cocktails whose fruit flavors mask the spirit's chemical-peel edge halfway, Red Wings, like any bar in Korea, serves a short menu of drinking snacks. They're mediocre at best, with the exception of the bar's magnificent yangnyeom dak, more commonly known in the States as Korean fried chicken. The basic recipe, the K-pop, shows off the wings in their naked glory, fist-sized and covered in a sturdy batter, while the "yani" wings are tossed afterward in a chile-powered syrup so sticky a new napkin may be needed for every wing.
