The loyal patrons still come in flocks to Red Fish Blue Fish every weekend, some completely unaware that the bar is under a new name and management as of November 2010. (The spacious bar, located right next to Highway 70 on Hawk's Nest near Zumbehl, was called M.T. Rockers until November 2010.) These days, Red Fish Blue Fish has a generous happy hour, with $2 domestic drafts, $2.25 domestic bottles and well drinks, and $4 appetizers from 3-8 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Live bands perform every night except Thursday, when karaoke takes over. Service can be rather slow on the busy weekends, with only two bartenders serving an entire room full of ravenous 20-somethings. So come prepared either to wait for a drink or to make your presence at the bar known. When you finally get around to ordering, bartenders swear by their sangrias and margaritas, served
in an appropriate fish bowl.
