Each perfectly realized bonbon combines ingenuity with artistic presentation and the endorphic bliss state that results when cacao meets corpus. Mood-altering milk, semisweet, bittersweet, or extra-bitter ganache is infused with a unique array of flavors - jasmine, bergamot, green tea, peppercorn - and accented with a bit of gold leaf, a sliver of candied grapefruit, perhaps a specially commissioned etching by a local artist.
