Description

Ann Gentry, owner of organic, vegetarian restaurant Real Food Daily, runs two locations in Santa Monica and West Hollywood. The eatery uses filtered and purified water and dishes prepared with blackened tempeh, seitan, quinoa, tofu, cashew cheese and almond-based products. Popular orders include the supreme burrito, "not-chos," chocolate pudding and gluten-free, peanut-butter chocolate cupcakes.

    Real Food Daily's been L.A.'s go-to vegan spot for more than a decade. Its carob-mint cookie remains a rock-solid sweet-tooth-sating standby.
