a chef's special of shitake and button mushrooms seared in our seasoned clarified butter with fresh herbs, spices, vegetables, and a splash of red wine, "bino". mild or spicy.

Spicy Sweet Potato Stew
a deliciously spicy stew of sweet potatoes with peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger with a pinch of sage and savory. spicy.

Spicy Organic Red Lentils
a traditional favorite of red lentils simmered with onions, garlic, ginger, and "berbére", a blend of over twenty spices. medium spicy.

Butternut Squash Stew
a savory stew of butternut squash prepared with carrots, garlic, ginger, onions, peppers, and spices. when available. mild.

Beets And Potatoes
a delicious meal of warm fresh beets and potatoes. mild.
