This Queen Creek restaurant and sports lounge has small town charm and an all-American menu to match. For breakfast, there are pancakes with multiple toppings, homestyle skillets, omelets, corned beef hash, French toast, and Taylor ham. Stop by for a burger for lunch, like the half-pound Duke Burger with grilled onions, pepper jack cheese, and a sunny side egg, or the Philly Burger with grilled onions, red and green peppers, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese. For a Southwestern twist, get the guacamole burger with shredded Colby jack. There are also classic sandwiches like the BLT, French dip, and country-fried steak melt. Larger plates for dinner include BBQ pork ribs with cornbread, surf and turf with grilled or fried shrimp, liver and onions, southern fried chicken, and homemade meatloaf. There’s also a full-service bar, daily happy hour from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., senior specials, and weekly specials like the Wednesday chuck wagon steak wrapped in bacon and the Friday fish fry.
Formerly known as QC Cafe, and Jim's Cantina before that, this bar and restaurant at the center of Queen Creek recently underwent renovations to make it a little more in step with the influx of yuppies making their home in this former cow town.
