The restaurant's name has more to do with huge leaps in healthy living than it does a time-traveling Scott Bakula. Everything on the menu is either vegan, vegetarian or made with fish, all prepared with an international bent ranging from Japanese to Mexican. You¹ll find straight-up veggie plates like the grilled vegetable burrito and the Middle Eastern salad platter, along with meat substitutes like the vegan soy nuggets served with chipotle sauce and the taco platter made up of a soyrizo, seitan and chicken substitute taco. The restaurant also has a wide variety of veggie burgers topped with everything from onion rings to marinara sauce. Fish options include broiled flounder and a grilled salmon burger. The décor has a relaxed diner feel, with tile floors, potted plants and oil paintings of wide open vistas at sunset on the exposed brick walls.
