A tiki bar and pizza joint with style to burn, Psycho Suzi's Motor Lounge puts the va-va-voom back into neighborhood drinking. Its new location, in the former home of Gabby's, has expanded the size of Northeast's most popular watering hole an enormous riverfront patio and three second-floor bars open only on weekends. First, duck into the dark, red-lit room and soak in an eyeful of every youngish hipster in town. Start the evening by chucking your quarters into the hall of fame-worthy jukebox and soaking in the majesty of the pirate-ship-deck carpeting. When mood strikes, order yourself some standup pizza or some church potluck bar snacks (deviled eggs! pickle roll ups!). And why not buy the cutester across the bar their own tiki glass? It's only a couple of extra bucks.

Driving by this tiki bar, one might not suspect that an awesome patio lurks behind the fence. Originally an A&W, Psycho Suzi's transformed the space into a tropical wonderland several years ago. Okay, so the ambience isn't as romantic as W.A.
