When you dine at Province in the Westin in downtown Phoenix, prepare for a meal to remember. The menu puts a contemporary American twist on South American and Spanish flavors, and each dish is crafted from seasonal, local, farm-to-table ingredients. Start your day with breakfast tacos made with potato chorizo hash, scrambled eggs, avocado, and salsa roja. Lunch and dinner options include tortilla soup with avocado and rotisserie roasted chicken, tapas bites like baked Chilean beef empanadas and Peruvian bass ceviche, spice-rubbed shrimp tacos with ancho aioli, and Havana pork with garlic lime mojo, rice, black beans, and plantains.
