The admirably brief menu of this daytime sandwich spot in Soho offers only seven sandwiches, two soups, and a few further accoutrements like newfangled potato chips and organic sodas. The sandwiches are internationally themed and they"re fantastic. Our fave so far is the Brazilian, which takes a generous square of focaccia and piles on grilled beef, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, smoked salt, and a twisted chimichurri (the Argentine steak relish) that replaces regular parsley with cilantro. Yum! While the sandwiches edge up toward $10, the soups are half that price, and could make a meal in themselves. The day we visited, the best was a hyper-chunky minestrone.
