This 40-seat restaurant and bar is located in the lobby of the Doubletree Grand Hotel on Biscayne Bay. Primo's serves fine eats from northern and southern Italy, and stocks wines from around the world. The bar has a list dedicated to martinis, the house specialty. It's a short, one-block walk from the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and is open seven days a week until 1 a.m. The kitchen serves food until midnight.
