Sophisticated steak house on Delray Beach's Atlantic Avenue features sushi, steaks, and seafood. Crystal chandeliers and marble floors are reminiscent of supper clubs where the Rat Pack would feel at home. Executive Chef Peter Masiello loves his meat, and it shows. Sinatra himself would have appreciated Prime's butcher shop, where meat is stored and cut to order. The kitchen closes long before the bar, which stays open well past midnight on weekends.
