At Prima, uber-chef Kevin Taylor's restaurant in the Hotel Teatro, the menu showcases many of the best tricks in Taylor's repertoire. The menu balances brilliant modern paraphrases on traditional Italian cuisine with more plainspoken hotel dishes, offering plates like soft, egg-filled ravioli. From shaved melon and prosciutto salads with mission fig and seafood agnolotti in lobster stock to poached eggs... More »
Brunch at Prima runs from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, and the very first item on the menu is "Unlimited Prosecco, $8." Seriously, eight bucks. Seriously, unlimited. You walk into this Kevin Taylor restaurant tucked into Hotel Teatro, you sit down (these days, probably only with a reservation), you open your menu, and you demand all the Prosecco you can drink. And when you're done, you hand over eight dollars (for the drinks, at least). That's it. No strings, no hidden... More »
