Description
Premium Lounge is the only smoky sanctuary left on the Manchester strip, and the joint prepared for the influx of Groveans who like to puff by adding a new vodka wall, a new menu and new flat-screen TV sets. As the name implies, Premium offers top shelf liquors only -and stiff pours at that- but the atmosphere is low-key and the reasonable prices draw a pansexual crowd. Fans of the bar's previous incarnations (RIP Alternative Music Pub) will find their old haunt worthy of becoming a new hangout. Bonus points: high school cafeteria staple Bosco sticks on the new menu.
