Description

Along with the all-you-can-eat rodizio, this Brazilian churrascaria in Memorial offers lots of à la carte deals for people who aren't interested in pigging out on steak. There's grilled salmon and flounder and even a seafood platter, all of which come with Pradaria's extensive salad bar. There's also the salad bar-only option -- and it includes sushi.

    We went for my birthday as a late lunch. It is always a pleasure dining here, whether an afternoon lunch or dinner. The service is always spot-on and friendly. The wait for a table whether you have a reservation or walk-in is never long. If there is a specific meat that they serve that you want more of, just ask and they bring it as soon as it is available - fresh! Always ask for the roasted pineapple!!! YUM! We usually top off the meal with their signature dessert dish, which is so rich that we share it, a luscious blend of papaya and vanilla ice cream. creme de cassis optional, so unless you are sharing with someone who can't have alcohol, the creme de cassis makes the dish! We've been to this restaurant several times, & will be back.

    Pradaria is a little different from the other churrascarias in town. There's sushi on the salad bar and a wider variety of rodízio meats. The servers in gaucho costumes come around with the usual rib eye and picanha, the juicy top sirloin that's doubled over into a C shape on the skewer.
