Description

The name fits perfectly: posh suits the tony Clayton locale, the preppy-dressed, baby-boom clientele and the narrow brick-and-ivy courtyard (great for outdoor eating during summer months). And Nosh because this is real-deal, New York deli food: piles of pastrami, corned beef or chopped liver smeared with slaw and kraut, sandwiched on rye with a nice dill pickle on the side. If your tastes skew goy, there's a tuna melt, a "Garden Gobbles" sandwich tantamount to Thanksgiving dinner on bread and chichi soups such as white bean chicken chili and lobster bisque.
