Pork on the Fork is by far the best BBQ I've had in Phoenix. The brisket was juicy, full of flavor and fell apart....no need for any sauce! The only bad thing about this place is that they have lemonade on their drink menu, but when you order you're given a cup and told the lemonade is in the fountain drink machine. Sorry! but if Minutemade Lemonade from the fountain drink is the only lemonade you offer, don't put in on the menu making people think you have freshly squeezed.
